I would like that.  Chris Lilley or Blume, How would we do that?  This is especially important as video formats with an HDR Canvas are developed.

This is of impoirtance to NextGen TV (ATSC3) which has an app layer that will use video backgrounds with composited graphics that may be HDR or SDR.

Can these be contributed to web-platform-tests in some fashion?
Possibly with some README that explains they can only be used
manually.
