[PNG] Meeting minutes - Jan 6th, 2025

Attached is a PDF of the meeting minutes from Jan 6th, 2025.

Executive summary:

   - libpng will release an update today with cICP support
   - libpng will release another update soon with mDCV & cLLI support
      - We need to publish a new snapshot with the correct mDCV & cLLI
      spellings to enable libpng to reference
   - cHRM values likely can be signed, but this will go into 4th Edition so
   we can put it on the back burner for a little bit
   - We will release a new snapshot & candidate recommendation soon

Our next meeting is Jan 20th, 2025. That is both Martin Luther King Day and
inauguration day in the US. (DC has inauguration day as a holiday.) If we
end up skipping that day, our next will be Feb 3rd.
