[PNG] Cancel upcoming meeting?

Hello everyone,

This coming Monday we have a meeting scheduled. However, I don't think
there are any discussion topics that need the group. I think we should
cancel the meeting.

But please do vote in the Call for Consensus
<https://github.com/w3c/png/issues/503>. This should be the final snapshot
that we submit as Candidate Recommendation for W3C's approval.
