[PNG] Meeting minutes - Feb 3rd, 2025

Attached is a PDF of the meeting minutes from Feb 3rd, 2025.

Executive summary:

   - Collections keyword to be added
   - Original eXIf creators to be added to editors section.
   - New snapshot & candidate recommendation vote after those two things.
   - Generic image-like data generally favored. But we'll want to make sure
   we get plenty of user buy-in first. Outreach & industry support are vital.

Our next meeting is Feb 17th, 2025. That is President's Day (holiday) in
the US so we might cancel that meeting.
