[PNG] Meeting Minutes - Dec 8th, 2025

Hello everyone,

Attached are the meeting minutes from the Dec 8th, 2025 meeting.

Executive summary:

   - Most Action Items from TPAC have been assigned.
   - SSIM *might* be our best method for measuring lossy icons & logos
   after compression. There are some newer options. All of this should be
   verified.
   - There are plenty of readily available public domain icons and logos
   for us to use.


If we keep our usual 2-week cadance, our next meeting would be Dec 22nd. I
suspect many people will be travelling or spending time with their
families. I've cancelled that meeting.

The next meeting would be Jan 5th, 2026. That might also be too near the
new year for a meeting. We will likely cancel it unless there are
significant updates (perhaps to the Action Items). But since things slow
down around the holidays, significant updates are unlikely.
