[PNG] Meeting minutes - Nov 13, 2025 (very late)

Hello everyone,

Nov 13th, 2025 was the PNG meeting at TPAC.
It was a very different format and style of meeting. As a result, I was
unable to take good minutes. Rather, I took notes. Lacking proper minutes,
I debated whether or not I should send "minutes" at all.

Having tossed the question around long enough, I realized that my notes
would still be helpful for people to follow along. Please forgive the rough
nature.

Executive summary:

   - Chris Lilley gave a talk on PNG 3rd Edition and what we have so far on

   - Chris Blume gave a talk on PNG 5th Edition planning.

      - Some action items. Most of it is researching what currently happens
      & user understanding and behavior.
      - Although some of the presentation could have come across as
      extreme, it seemed well received. People supported it and built upon it.
