[PNG] Upcoming meeting is on a US holiday - cancelling

Hello everyone,

Monday is Veterans Day in the US. This is a federal holiday and many people
have the day off work. The last thing I want to do is rope people into a
meeting on their day off. So I'm cancelling the meeting.

The next meeting is Nov 25th. For that meeting, I can recap the research I
did on the safe-to-copy bit
<https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-png/2024Oct/0003.html>. I plan
on discussing the pros and cons of renaming mDCv & cLLi to mDCV & cLLI.
These are GitHub issues 473 <https://github.com/w3c/png/pull/473> and 474
<https://github.com/w3c/png/pull/474>. (eXIf could also be renamed but that
might already have too much buy-in.)
