[PNG] Upcoming meeting topics

Hello everyone,

On Monday, March 4th we will be having a meeting.
Some possible topics of discussion:

   - CB to give an update on cICP patch for libpng
   - New GitHub issues which have been filed (do any of them block us?
   Interesting to us?)
   - There is one ReSpec error which needs fixed
   - There are two open pull requests. Let's try to get those landed
   - That may be it? After those things, I think we're ready to move to the
   next phase.
