[PNG] Meeting minutes - Jun 24th, 2024

Executive summary:

   - The Call for Consensus <https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/issues/453>
   had a concern about potential underspecification and additional tests to
   cover it. But we did not get clarification of what could be improved. We'll
   dig deeper here. But otherwise, votes are arriving mostly in favor with no
   objections yet.
   - CL added & updated WPT EXIF orientation tests to better cover
   intentions.
