[PNG] Meeting topics

Hello everyone,

There are 3 pull requests (semi-)ready to land:

   - The first adds hexadecimal values to MaxCLL and MaxFALL examples.

   - The second adds private bit depth and colour type fields.
   <https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/pull/451>
   - The third updates the changes section to include all the changes we've
   made since the last snapshot. <https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/pull/452>

Please take a look at these and help them land.
Once they are landed, I will create an issue to gather consensus to create
a new snapshot which we will submit as a Candidate Recommendation. This
might be the final CR for Third Edition.

These are the only topics I have for our upcoming meeting. If we land the
PRs before the meeting, the only topic might be consensus.
