Hello everyone,

I introduced some broken links in the spec. I'll fix those.
After that, we'll probably want to vote on an updated snapshot. The only change is capitalizing the last letters of mDCV and cLLI.
There are 3 implementers of mDCv and cLLi: MediaInfo, Chrome, and FFmpeg.
MediaInfo already updated. I got in contact with an FFmpeg dev who will make the change once we update the snapshot. I'll update Chrome but I expect slow responses due to the holidays coming up.

As a result, I don't think there is much for us to discuss in meetings. Plus, we could use that holiday break, too.

This coming Monday (the 9th) is our next meeting. The one after that is the 23rd.
I'm thinking of cancelling both meetings.
That would mean we resume on Jan 6th of the new year.
