CL, I'll request consensus once this outstanding PR
<https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/pull/387> is landed (needs conflicts
resolved and then approval) and the changes section has been updated.

I don't think those things warrant a meeting. All I would do is mention
them like I just have in this email.
I'll work on resolving the conflicts in the PR. (Then if they're still
available, I'll progress to the changes section and then onto the new
issues.)

Let's go ahead and cancel the coming meeting.
