Executive summary:

   - We will use "MAY" in the table of when mDCv is appropriate. We will
   also mention that mDCv in these cases can be useful to achieve optimal tone
   mapping.
   - Push to wrap up the last few items and get to a Proposed
   Recommendation.

Our next meeting is Oct 2nd, 2023.
I will be on vacation then. We could have someone else lead it. Or we can
cancel it. Perhaps when the meeting time is closer we'll have a gauge on
what is the best option for us.
