[PNG] Meeting minutes - Nov 13th, 2023

Executive summary:

   - If we are going to support different color models / non-color / data
   storage, we first need to prove user demand. We do have demand from a major
   user for different storage. But we should confirm a more broad demand.
   Other color models & non-color would be a separate demand, although the
   solution might be the same. It also needs to be proven.
   - Marketing PNG Third Edition to the broadcast industry would be useful.
