[PNG] Meeting minutes - May 1st, 2023

Attached is a PDF of the meeting minutes from May 1st, 2023.

Executive summary:

   - Several new members joined from Apple
   - We're on good pace for entering Candidate Review
   - We're even on good pace for exiting Candidate Review, once ready
   - Plans are in place for the remaining untested changes:
         - The cLLi and mDCv chunks can be tested as part of a whole
         platform test. A HDR video frame and HDR PNG can be copied
into two SDR
         canvases and have their pixel values compared. This ensures
that whatever
         tone mapping is applied to video is also applied to the PNG.
         - iTXt's language tag was updated to BCP47. This test won't fit
         nicely into a WPT since browsers ignore that chunk. But we can create
         (non-)conforming test images and manually test any tools
which do parse the
         iTXt chunk.
         - The eXIf chunk will be tested via the rotation bits.
      - We haven't heard any push-back from implementers.

The next meeting will be May 15th, 2023.
