[PNG] Meeting minutes - Mar 20th, 2023

Executive summary:

   - mLUm might be renamed to cLLi. We'll look into this.
   - We should add mention of acropalypse in the security considerations
   section. But an viewer app should not be expected to change its behavior
   for one bug in one creator app.
   - CL will add the Privacy IG suggestions as notes.
   - PAL will work on the multiple definitions issue.
   - CB will fix the cICP WPT test.

The next meeting will be Apr 3rd, 2023.
A future email will list topics for that meeting.
