[PNG] Meeting minutes - Jun 12th, 2023

Attached is a PDF of the meeting minutes from Jun 12th, 2023.

Executive summary:

   - Going to try to close out Issue 126...
   - ...which puts us in a solid position to start a Call for Consensus.
   - We'll add wording to state explicitly that if tone mapping metadata is
   provided, only one tone mapping algorithm should be used. This provides
   consistency between multiple images. The implementation still gets to
   choose which tone mapping algorithm to use.

Our next meeting would have been June 26th, 2023. I will be unavailable
that day. I asked if someone else wants to run the meeting or if we should
cancel. It was agreed to cancel.

So the next meeting will be July 10th, 2023.
A future email will list topics for that meeting.
