New MediaInfo fixes HDR10 detection bug

Hi All,

The links below are for new versions of MediaInfo which fixes a bug that incorrectly identified any media with mDCv as HDR10.

They now are only identified as HDR10 if the transfer function is PQ and there is mDCv metadata.

The field still says “HDR Format” which I think will have to be changed.  Any suggestions?

Fix for flagging HDR10 only if PQ EOTF, BT.2020 color, 10+ bits.
