H.273 is in decimal.  Maybe we make a note that these values need be converted to hex if you don’t feel that we can have both?  Translating back and forth between standards documents will make the documents more difficult to understand.

I vote for decimal if it can only be one but prefer both.

I believe we previously talked about listing chunk names in decimal vs hexadecimal. I'm not sure we considered listing both.
I feel like we should be consistent between chunk names and example values.
