[PNG] Meeting minutes - Dec 11th, 2023

Executive summary:

   - Lots of industry support for cICP
   - dWLm & Binomial's proposal discussion will happen later, for Fourth
   Edition
   - W3C's existing process is certainly better than what our WG could come
   up with in order to keep discussion productive
   - Everyone to review Chris Lilley's ISO gain map strawman
   <https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/issues/380>.
   - We need Safari and/or Firefox to add cICP support to wrap up Third
   Edition

Our next meeting WOULD be Dec 25th. Let's cancel that one. :)
The next meeting will be Jan 8th, 2024.
