This is an advance notice that the Team is currently working on a new 
charter for the Portable Network Graphics (PNG) Working Group:

The mission of the PNG Working Group is to maintain and develop the 
Portable Network Graphics (PNG) specification.

To allow time for AC review of the proposed charter and to allow the 
Group to continue its work, the PNG WG is hereby extended until 30 
November 2023:

We welcome input and feedback on the draft charter. If you wish to make 
your comments public, you're welcome to raise comments on the draft 
charter at:
https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/issues

W3C Members may also discuss on the member-confidential mailing list 
<w3c-ac-forum@w3.org>[1]. We also welcome your general expressions of 
interest and support on that mailing list.
