Also, I saw your discussion on GitHub about being more clear on when cLLi and mDCv should be used. Perhaps that clarification wording should be added before we move to CR.

Would you mind double checking my reading of the W3C process docs?
It seems like we put it to a vote to move to CR. Then we create an issue on w3c/transitions and a few of us schedule a meeting with the director for approval.
