[PNG] Cancel Sep 5th -- US holiday

Hello everyone,

September 5th is Labor Day in the US.
Let's cancel the coming Sep 5th, 2022 PNG meeting.


That would be 2 cancelled meetings in a row. I prefer not to do that. I
don't want to give the impression that progress has stalled. But that would
be a terrible reason to interfere with people's holiday plans.
