[PNG] (Short) meeting topics for Oct 31st, 2022

Hello everyone,

Our next meeting is Oct 31st, 2022 at 11am US Eastern Time.
There are some GitHub issues we could discuss. But I think instead we'll
celebrate FPWD with a little break and simply discuss the next steps in the
recommendation pipeline and what we need to do to prepare.

As I understand it, there will be a lengthy patent disclosure period. We
can still make typographical changes and add web platform tests during that
time. Chris Lilley will know more.
