[PNG WG] Cancel Feb 21st, 2022 meeting?

Hello everyone,

This coming Monday is Feb 21st, 2022. We have a meeting scheduled then.
The meeting time poses an interesting problem. The US is observing Daylight
Savings Time. But much of Europe is not yet. That means this meeting would
be shifted an hour for some people.

We could try to make this work. But I don't think we have anything worthy
of group discussion.
Feel free to reply if your have a topic you would like to discuss.

Otherwise, let's plan on cancelling the Feb 21st, 2022 meeting.



Quick status update:
- There is some progress on Web Platform Tests.
- There is some progress on fixing ReSpec errors.
- We need APNG wording added.
