Cancel Mar 7th, 2022 meeting?

Hello everyone,

I'm tempted to hold the March 7th, 2022 meeting just because we haven't
spoken to each other in a while. However, we don't have any complicated or
urgent things to discuss. I want to respect your time.

I think we should cancel the March 7th, 2022 meeting, unless someone has
anything they believe the group should discuss.



A status update:
- We need to fix some ReSpec warnings & errors.
- We need APNG wording.
- We need Web Platform Test & libpng implementations for everything.

If you want to help the person driving each of these, it would be
appreciated. :)
Similarly, it would help if you could reach out to people who might want to
contribute.
