Cancel Feb 7th, 2022 PNG meeting? & We could use more contributors

Hello everyone,

I don't think we have anything important to discuss as a group for this
upcoming meeting. Feel free to reply if you have an important topic.
Otherwise, let's cancel the Feb 7th, 2022 meeting. Our next meeting is Feb
21st, 2022.

That said, we could use more contributors helping fix & review our GitHub
issues <https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/issues> [1]. Please encourage
anyone you know who might be interested to join. In our last meeting, we
mentioned March as a target. I think that will be difficult with our
current velocity.

Luckily for us, recruiting contributors to a project that is visual and
widely used is easier than otherwise. This work can have a major impact on
the world. I'm excited that we get to make our mark.
