[PNG] May 2nd, 2022 meeting topics

Hello everyone,

For our May 2nd, 2022 meeting we'll discuss GitHub Pull Request #110
<https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/pull/110> [1].

In summary: Should the spec have wording to indicate it is an international
standard?
Once completed it will be an international standard. There is mention at
the top that it is currently in draft form.

On one hand, it is not currently an international standard and saying so in
the wording is incorrect.
On the other hand, the "draft" marker signifies that it is only a draft of
an international standard. And changing that wording between the two phases
seems unnecessary.
