Meeting minutes - Nov 29th, 2021

Executive summary:

   - We agree on the approach (small, periodic updates to the
   specification).
   - We agree with the scope (2nd Edition errata, Exif, APNG, cICP & iCCN,
   and an additional entry of XMP).
   - We distributed the work amongst members.
   - We agree to absorb the PNG extensions & registry.
   - We agree on priorities:
      - Spec wording first, before Web Platform Tests and implementation
      - cICP & iCCN are highest priorities
      - APNG is a lower priority since it involves more risks


The next meeting has been scheduled for Dec 13th, 2021.

A future email will list out meeting topics. I hope to send it after some
progress has been made (so we have something to discuss) but not delay it
too much (to give everyone time to consider the topics).
