Hello everyone, As requested by George during the call, here's the link to join the Thorium Mobile beta on iOS, iPadOS or macOS: https://testflight.apple.com/join/2NhKXjSU In its current state, it supports: - Reflowable EPUB - Fixed-Layout EPUB (including ones with images in spine) - PDF - and CBZ We're currently busy implementing support for Media Overlays which we expect to roll out in our beta in March. This will include support for <img> in SMIL and most likely an early version of multi-granularity highlighting. More information for this beta is available at https://edrlab.notion.site/thorium-mobile-beta We've also set up a Discover server for feedback and news at https://discord.gg/DuPbVtrkvE For the Oslo meeting organized by Daisy and Tibi: - I'm confident that our iOS application will already be released and available on the AppStore - I also have high confidence that production tools such as Storyteller and Story Align will be able to produce Media Overlays with multi-granularity by then - I wouldn't be surprised if the Storyteller apps ( https://storyteller-platform.gitlab.io/storyteller/docs/reading/storyteller-apps) also ended up supporting multi-granularity before June - This might even extend to other apps that have mentioned their interest in this feature as well Best, Hadrien
