Sample EPUB for JPEG XL (JXL) compatibility testing

Hi all,

In light of the discussion regarding JPEG XL as a Core Media Type in
EPUB 3.4 (issue #2899), I have developed a sample EPUB to test JXL
compatibility across various Reading Systems.

This EPUB includes JXL files generated using four different methods:
ImageMagick, cjxl (reference encoder), Adobe Photoshop, and GIMP.

Initial observations show that while ImageMagick-generated files have
relatively good support, others currently face rendering challenges in
several environments. I hope this serves as a useful reference for our
ongoing technical discussions.
