EPUB Annotations, new use cases and list of requirements

Good morning,

After our meeting today, I have updated the EPUB Annotations Use Cases and Requirements document [1]. I preferred a direct update over a Pull Request because it will make your review easier. 

It is now time for all TF members to review:
- The old W3C DPUB IG annotations Use Cases Note [2], and compare it to what we have obtained so far. 
- The W3C Annotation Data Model [2]. You will see that what we currently call Locator is called Selector in the W3C spec. What we call Note is called Body in the W3C spec. Apart from that, the genericity of the term Annotation is the same in both documents ("Some Annotations may not have a Body at all, such as a simple highlight or bookmark without any accompanying text.").

Question: Should we rename terms in the UCR to map directly to the W3C language? It could be helpful because the W3C language is mapped to the JSON serialization that we will use for our specification work. 

The next call is planned on October 2nd, after the PMWG call. We'll review our UCR document during this session, and I hope that we can stabilize it during the session. Your careful reading of the W3C Annotation Data Model will ease the following steps, i.e., the specification phase.
