Promoting the "go back in history" affordance in reading systems

Dear Publishing folks,

DAISY has published a new article on inclusive publishing.org.
Go Back in History: A Reading System Affordance Essential to Publishers and
Readers
<https://inclusivepublishing.org/blog/go-back-in-history-a-reading-system-af
fordance-essential-to-publishers-and-readers/>

We believe this is an important feature necessary to provide a great reading
experience. The article lays out how it impacts readers and publishers. It
is a call to action for reading system developers. Included in the article
is a link to an EPUB test title which provides tests that can be used to
determine if a reading system supports the go back in history affordance.

We have tested this in Thorium Reader 3.2.2 and in the Colibrio Reader.
Both pass the tests, and we would like to see it implemented everywhere.

Always happy to answer questions.

Best
George
