Also, shouldn't we remove all editors' notes?

Editor's note
For the latest best practices regarding image descriptions it is recommended to visit the DAISY Knowledge Base as sections from their fixed layout image descriptions has been copied here.

(Maybe that one should just be a regular Note?)

Matt went through changing EPUB Creators to a more generic term, shouldn't we follow his lead here?

Not sure "Example 4" is correct here, and it should be linked.
Note
Using hidden descriptions should be considered very carefully, as hiding the description as demonstrated in example 4 will hide it from everything except assistive technologies. People with learning or cognitive disabilities would not benefit from this technique.
