1. Review of editorial refactoring of EPUB Accessibility 1.2 and techniques
document.

-             What should we do about the optimized publications section -
move it to an appendix or note?

-             What should we do about the informative registry of
optimization standards - move it to the CG?

-             Do we want to make it normative to use the value "none" in
dcterms:conformsTo for non-conforming publications?
