Re: Annotation TF, please review the draft

Laurent,

I have just created a PR for editorial changes:

 https://github.com/w3c/epub-specs/pull/2836

Two higher level comments:

- we use the term "Profile" when connecting to the Web Annotation model. Usually (there is no rule for that, though) a profile is when one restricts the general model by reducing the terms being used, etc. We do this, but we also add terms/classes to the generic model. There are good reasons for that, but we have to be careful to properly describe what we do and how the two specs relate to one another. At the moment it is a big vague (I must admit it took me some time to understand what is happening in this respect myself.)

In particular, as I said in the PR, we define a number of new RDF classes and properties. That means we define our own vocabulary, albeit a small one. This must be done properly, with RDF, an additional @context file, etc. It is not rocket science, and I am happy to do it when the time comes, but we have to keep this mind. (We also have to define how we do it editorially.)

- on an admin sense, this document, I believe, can definitely be considered as a 'first stake in the ground', ie, as soon as this round of review is done, I believe we should officially put it on the W3C process (together with the UCR document). It makes it easier to maintain then, with echidna helping us…
