[a11y] PMWG accessibility task force meetings

Dear all,

 

Many of you are already participating in the Publishing CG accessibility
task force meetings on Thursdays, at 15 UTC.

Since this time slot is already in your calendar, I would like to propose
the same timeslot for accessibility task force of publishing maintenance WG.

The accessibility task force of publishing maintenance WG can meet on 1st
and 3rd Thursday, at 15 UTC.

While the Accessibility task force of Publishing CG can continue to meet on
2nd and 4th Thursdays, at 15 UTC.

Since suitable timeslots for global participants are very less, this will
enable us to utilize this golden timeslot more effectively.
