Play Books also has an annotation export feature via Google Docs. I am not sure if there is any interest in expanding that to include a new export format or import functionality, but I think there has been some interest in having richer annotation support in the product. While I no longer have a reading system to add features to, I am interested in participating in the TF, at least for now.
