Re: No meeting tomorrow 24 July | 7/24/25

Hello Ivan,

I took care of canceling the events for the Digital Comics TF and also took
this opportunity to add the agenda and meeting minutes for previous events.

The DC TF will use this time to prepare a PR and explore future items that
we'd like to cover.
