RESULTS: Meeting Time Poll + F2F Options

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience as I gathered the results and looked into planning for everything. I wanted to let everyone know early so that they have time to plan/make requests.

Based on the feedback for the meeting poll, once the new charter starts we’ll move to weekly meetings on Thursdays at 9AM Eastern. This will not affect next week’s meeting, which will still be on February 7.

For the F2F meeting, we’ve secured meeting space at INRIA (the same venue for the AC meeting) in Sophia Antipolis, France, and will be holding our F2F April 3-4 (Thursday-Friday) prior to the AC meeting April 7-8.

Hi all,

As mentioned in the meeting today, we’re running a poll to determine if there is a better time or day to hold meetings for the WG, as once the new charter begins we plan to meet weekly.

We would also like to hold an in-person face to face meeting sometime in the spring to help kick off the new work. The current suggestion is to hold it around the AC meeting in April, so we’re running a poll to determine everyone’s availability. In terms of location, the AC meeting is being held in Sophia Antipolis, France, so we would plan to hold our meeting there or nearby.
