Noah Text Question

Hi All,

I received a question from a publisher about Noah Text (
https://noahtext.com/) and how it works with a screen reader. Does anyone
have experience with this?

The publisher's main concern is that the screen reader will struggle with
the formatting (see screenshot below as a sample).

This is new to me, so any thoughts/experiences would be appreciated.
