Submission Deadline for WS on Access control now 27 October

Hi all, 

just got feedback from people that 26 October is the deadline for 
European Research Project proposals in FP7 call 5. So people are 
very busy and asked whether they can still submit position papers 
until 27 October, one day after the deadline. 

We agreed and the deadline is moved to 27 October. Please spread the 
word.
