Hi,

  I have created a very initial start page for our wiki

     http://www.w3.org/community/philoweb/wiki/Main_Page

  and added there a page with some initial pointers to papers directly on the topic of what this group is about

    http://www.w3.org/community/philoweb/wiki/Publications

  This is very initial placeholders. I know we have a lot more information from last years talks at 
La Sorbonne. Perhaps we can get members here to fill out some of their work, if missing. 

   The template also needs to be improved.
