Domain Leaders and Team,

The Main TPAC Hotel, Renaissance, is SOLD OUT some of the nights during
TPAC week. This is **Common** with only one week remaining prior to the
hotel deadline: 26 September. Folks should book at one of the other
hotels. We suggest **Century or Keio Plaza** as Rakuten reported that
Edelhof will have a power outage during TPAC week.

Meeting Planners have stressed the importance of making reservations
early at every Global call. W3C's block of rooms at ALL Four Hotels will
be released 26 September. There are other conferences in the area. Hotel
rooms are expected to sell quickly once released.

NOW IS THE TIME to check Group registration to determine that key people
have registered for meetings. Meeting Planners need help from Team
Contacts to ensure that all Group participants receive important notices
in a **timely manner.**

Nearly 60 people registered between 11 Sept. and 18 Sept. We expect
another busy couple of weeks. Current registration is 247, and we expect
over 400 and possibly close to 500 people. Communicate with your Groups
and Key Participants!! Meeting Planners ask that you do your part.
Registration fees increase as of 8 October.

Thank you.
Susan
