If you plan to attend the TPAC meeting in Sapporo and have not yet made travel arrangements, please take care of them now in light of the soon-to-expire deadlines referenced below. Michael -------- Forwarded Message -------- Domain Leaders and Team, The Main TPAC Hotel, Renaissance, is SOLD OUT some of the nights during TPAC week. This is **Common** with only one week remaining prior to the hotel deadline: 26 September. Folks should book at one of the other hotels. We suggest **Century or Keio Plaza** as Rakuten reported that Edelhof will have a power outage during TPAC week. Meeting Planners have stressed the importance of making reservations early at every Global call. W3C's block of rooms at ALL Four Hotels will be released 26 September. There are other conferences in the area. Hotel rooms are expected to sell quickly once released. http://www.w3.org/2015/10/TPAC/#hotels Please, please forward the reminder Coralie sent yesterday to your Groups and ADD to the Agenda at every meeting between now ant TPAC. https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/chairs/2015JulSep/0090.html NOW IS THE TIME to check Group registration to determine that key people have registered for meetings.
