Sorry I wasn't clearer. This isn't about a listbox or its options,
which I agree are interactive and do need names. This discussion
involves non-interactive static list items such as those that appear in
bulleted lists, numbered lists, and so on. Does that kind of listitem
*require* a name in all cases? If so, why?
