SVG Working group has approved the publications of the ARIA graphics module and the SVG-AAM

Hi Michael,

The SVG working group has approved an updated publication of the SVG-AAM
and the new WAI-ARIA grapphics module to become a First Public Working
Draft. Here are the minutes of that meeting logging the resolutions:

The group has been quite busy and the focus for SVG2 will be mostly on
SVG-AAM we need to get browser support that is consistent across all
browsers. Some browsers have little support for SVG a11y.

We should have a call for concensus in PF/APA/ARIA early next week.
