Hello APA & ARIA,

At TPAC people raised the subject of Github in the APA and ARIA meetings,
specifically with concerns that it was unfamiliar or confusing for people
not actively involved in development work.

I've put together some information on the W3C wiki to help address this [1].
It's basic and it's probably missing a few bits, but I hope it's something
useful in the meantime.
