RE: Face-to-face in Europe in July?

Thanks, as with me, I'm going to have trouble justifying a budget for one day of ARIA related activity to attend in person, so unfortunately it's likely that I will not be able to attend either. Not attending in Spain may make it possible for me to attend TPAC, but that's still a maybe at the moment.

This is a financial issue for me. I am already going to TPAC in Japan which is not inexpensive.

I will not be attending a face to face in Europe in July. The aria task force did not plan to do this either.

I will be in Sapporo though as will Cynthia Shelly, Joanie, and possibly Dominic Mazzoni.

First, we have a confirmed venue and dates - but it's 8 - 10 July.

The idea being that you nominally get 8 july for ARIA, but we can be flexible about how we organise our time overall.

It will be in Zaragoza, Spain, and there is a preliminary Wiki page up: https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Meetings/HAT2015-zaragoza

Please note that this is not the only face to face meeting this year - there will be one at TPAC, in Sapporo Japan, 26-30 October, and if you have to choose we request that you go to that one, where there is a chance to interact with many other W3C groups as well.
