RE: ARIA Task force interlock call

Hi Rich,

This timing (April 22) does not work for key members of DPUB. The reason that we set up the DPUB-ARIA task force is to resolve these issues by discussion with representatives of each group. I propose that we discuss these issues at the standing TF meetings (Thursdays at 9:00 AM Eastern). We understand that the timing is difficult for some time zones, and we are open to rescheduling a meeting at a different time. Based on the follow up note from Rich, it is our understanding that all the issues have already been addressed (to some extent) on our weekly calls. Our next call is scheduled for 16 April at 9:00 Eastern. We can be flexible about scheduling this week to accommodate these questions.

On the TF calls as well as the PF Editors' calls we have discussed the point that not all issues need be resolved prior to FPWD. Perhaps, it would be OK to go to FPWD and resolve these issues after that point?

Best,
Tzviya

I would add that the 22 April date is the earliest and best available for several key ARIA Task Force participants. There literally is no earlier opportunity.

However, if we can resolve concerns on or about that date, it should still be possible to publish an FPWD in the following week.
