Re: Can I make a suggestion for permalinks within the W3C spec docs?

I could go either way with including the section number. I would lean to 
no number, but don't care that much.

I don't hate this suggestion.  Would you want the section number in the 
label still?  E.g., "4. Important Terms Permalink" ?

Would it be possible to front-load the link text? For example “XYZ 
permalink” instead of Permalink for XYZ”. Think it would make it more
